2. Worker Manager: Hire workers from the Worker Manager NPC. Artisan Goblins are generally the best due to high movement speed and work speed.
3. Worker Promotions: Promote your workers to higher tiers (Professional > Artisan) for massive stat boosts.

💰 Step 3: Key Nodes to Invest In#

Prioritize nodes that yield valuable or highly used resources:

• Ancient Stone Chamber: Rough Stone (for Processing).
• Alejandro Farm / Northern Plain of Serendia: Wheat/Potatoes (for Beer and Cooking).
• Trent: Various logs (for Processing/Ship Building).
• Glish / Olvia: Traces and Powders (Alchemy/Enhancement).

TIP

Always keep your workers fed! Beer is the most common worker food, providing 2 stamina recovery. Set up your city to craft a steady supply of it.
